Shipping

We ship to US addresses - every state, DC, the territories and APO/FPO/DPO. Delivery takes 3–5 days after your proof is approved and your order is printed.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more.

Proofs and production

Every order gets a free digital proof within 2 hours. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

Printing the back as well as the front adds $10.50 a piece.

Misprints, damage and lost parcels

If something is wrong, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo.

We reprint a misprint, a wrong item or a damaged piece free of charge, or refund it. We can't take back a design you approved on the proof, an address typed wrong, a change of mind, or a size inside the maker's stated tolerance.

Cancellations

Ask to cancel before your order goes into production and we refund every cent. Once it is printed, it is yours.
